Review Time
I ordered 2 faux furs online. I received only 1 box with 1 fur, poorly thrown in box, with no wrapping paper no invoice. I immediately called Customer service and notified them that I only received 1 fur instead of 2. They told me to take a picture of the small box that only contained 1 fur. I did email proof. After 1 month of back and forth, Bershka not only did not send the fur, but did not even refund it (Euros 80). They said that since the courier confirmed shipment, they could not refund. Dishonest and poor customer service.
experience: below zero. never ever would i place an order at bershka again. the whole experience was a chaotic disaster. all i want is my money back. it was my first time trying to buy something from them and it will definitely remain my last time. one star is even too much.
When it comes to deliver the multiple packages on a same time, it charges 290 rupees on each delivery. It should get refunded later on if they are providing the parcel on a same day. Charges are higher 290 on each package plus they charged 100 rs extra in return. I have received 3 times wrong items also. Which I didn’t get the refund. It’s the backend falt.
Waited a whole month plus for my order. Ended up not receiving it. Still have not received my money back. Customer service sucked. Overall worse delivery experience so far, won't be ordering again.
I’m honestly really disappointed with the quality of the jacket I bought from Bershka. The zipper doesn’t go down properly and keeps getting stuck. It’s super frustrating to use.
I expected much better quality from this brand. This was a really bad experience.
I order a lot of clothing online from various shops and I sadly have to say that Bershka ships out the most defective clothing items that I have received. I’ve had to send back many, due to bad/loose stitching, sizes that do not correspond to the label( labelled as size 38 but fit is a 36), defective material, bad stain spots on jeans, etc. It seems like there is poor quality control and clothing items are not inspected carefully before they are shipped out. As a first order I also received a €3 voucher which I eagerly used but it was all in vain- they sent me a pair of jeans with stitching defects. I returned it and lost the €3. That somehow made me feel cheated. Not to mention, delivery is also rather slow compared to other online shops. Bershka styles are nice but be prepared to receive defective clothing. Online chat agents are also not the friendliest.
We ordered a selecti9n of different pants to choose from, and the whole process was fast and hassle-free. Delivery and refunds were smooth and uncomplicated. The pants are great quality and fit perfectly. Our boys absolutely love them - we‘ll definitely order again!
The delivery is quick and the item is accurate from what I’ve ordered. Although, I hope that Bershka would make their packages much sealed and somehow better for protection, not just a paper bag and a plastic wrap as the courier sometimes makes the item crumpled due to delivery. Also, I ordered a high-quality bag but as I said– it’s crumpled while some threads are tangling and not the same color as the other connected threads. Hopefully, Bershka would consider feedbacks like this for customer satisfaction.
I love the quality and the style of their products.
I have to wait 2 weeks to receive my products that it is not so excessive. I wish they could have stores in the USA
