I had proof that they had gotten payment for my watch, and they tried to say that they didn't. They claimed it was paypal's fault. When I had the manager paypal on the phone who showed me documentation, proving it was sent to them. This is actually a chinese company, and their work is very bad. Not even remotely close to a real rolex. And you gotta watch out for being scammed like I was. Stay away
Beware. Do not buy from these scumbags. It took me 41 days to get the wrong watch from Hong Kong to Oregon USA.They sent me the wrong watch. They won’t exchange or refund. The watch they sent me was an absolute piece of garbage and now they’re telling me to pound sand.
I bought a Rolex 5 months. It stopped working at the end of the 4th month. Clean Factory refuses to fix it or exchange it. The crown is frozen and will not wind. My automatic winder does not help either.Crummy product. There is no valid warranty.

Almost every detail is on point. At a glance, the watch appears authentic. At close inspection, it still appears and feels authentic. The only person who will ever know is you.I am very interested in owning Swiss-made Rolex, but I'm taking this perfectly executed super clone for a test-drive first. This watch is so good, I honestly don't know that I'll ever justify dropping $10K+ on an authentic watch.
