Review Time
I cleaned 2 homes for this site last month and they have still not paid me!! They told me to get pay pal and I would get paid the next day that was 3vweeks ago this site is not reliable they tell you one thing and do another. In fact they had me booked for 5 more cleanings which I said as soon as I get paid from yall I will clean again and they took the cleanings off my profile! They send cleaners into your home and DO NOT PAY THE CLEANERS!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE OH AND I HAVE PROOF!!!
I have completed around 80 different jobs for this company and I’m very frustrated with them because I’ve been waiting for weeks to get paid for eight jobs that I completed. This is the third or fourth time I’ve gone through this and I know for a fact they get paid for the cleaners even go to the job All these excuses they’re changing software or is that but how many times can they use that excuse over and over again, I think all of us need to come together and file some kind of legal action against them because on top of that I found out that several customers left tips for me and I’ve never received any of those. I didn’t even know we could get tips on there so I’m not gonna work for a company that continues to scam its employees it’s disgusting and Something needs to change. I’ve talked to Michelle, Margie and Faye and they all say the same thing which is a whole bunch of BS.
As a cleaner, I have yet to receive my payment. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email but have not gotten any response. This situation is very frustrating. I've never experienced a lack of payment for my services before. This company seems unreliable and should be reconsidered.
This platform is quite unfair to cleaners, prioritizing client experiences over our time. Some tasks on their checklists are unreasonable, and payments can take months. If you plan to work with them, have another income source ready. They often make unreasonable demands, like traveling long distances without covering expenses, and their payment for supplies is inadequate.
As a cleaner, I haven’t received my payment. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times without any response. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve never experienced this before. This company seems unreliable and should reconsider their business practices.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company’s treatment of cleaners is appalling. Payments take weeks, despite their ability to process them quickly. Meanwhile, cleaners struggle to cover basic expenses. They claim jobs come through the app, but that’s misleading. They only contact you when they need help, but vanish when you do. There’s no support or accountability.
This company overcharges clients and underpays their cleaners. Jobs often take longer than expected, leading to significant unpaid hours. They owe me a substantial amount, and while they pay for smaller jobs, I’m still waiting for the larger payments. The situation is frustrating and puts my other jobs at risk.
