The program is awesome, it’s helping me understand the industry and I’ve been making excellent connections with like minded and high level people in the industry. I have worked as a contractor painting houses my whole life and real estate came into my frame. Decided to jump in to make some real money and I could not be more grateful for the guidance here, thanks guys!
I have had a great experience with ATM. My background is in the home service industry for the last 8 years. I have no background in real estate aside from my personal residence. Going into the program I was nervous as to what I should expect as I have been involved in programs before where they sign you up and then the support ends there and you don't see results. ATM is legit, you get to rub shoulders with vetted industry experts and they will support you from start to finish. From generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. They have all the resources you need to be successful including the scripts, the deal or dud calculator, the legal docs, the software, and the funding solutions. On top of that, they are great mentors and help push you. Their underwriting team is highly experienced as well and I have learned a lot from them. They are constantly making improvements internally as well and I have appreciated how open they are to feedback as the program continues to develop since it is newer. With ATM they want you to be successful because they are investing in you as a partner. They don't just see you as someone to bring them a deal, they want you to scale your wholesale business, own properties, or help fund the deals.... Whatever, your goals are!Thank you Garrett, Veena, Forrest, Andrew, and the ATM team for being patient with me, answering all of my crazy questions, and helping push me to make a deal happen. I am confident with their support that I can make a deal happen. Just know it will take effort and patience.

Review:I joined the Clever Investors Jumpstart Program expecting mentorship, deal support, and real partnership opportunities. What I got instead was poor communication, empty promises, and complete disregard for the time and effort I put in.I submitted multiple qualified real estate deals, followed all the guidelines, and reached out respectfully numerous times via phone and text. Not once did I receive a return call or a professional response. When I finally voiced my concerns, I was simply told, "Good luck," and dismissed entirely.This program is heavily marketed to aspiring investors, but once you’re in, you're on your own. No mentorship. No feedback. No partnership. Just silence.It feels like a bait-and-switch operation designed to profit off ambitious individuals without delivering the value they advertise. I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Arizona to push for accountability.If you value your time, integrity, and resources—stay away.
