They were polite, clear in their explanations, and created a strong sense of trust.

Unfortunately, that trust was short lived.

The moment I encountered a serious issue with my account, the tone of the experience changed completely. I contacted customer support immediately, outlining the situation in detail and attaching all the necessary documentation to help them resolve it efficiently. I expected at least a confirmation that my message had been received and was under review.

Instead, there was silence.

I waited patiently for several days. When no response came, I sent a follow up email. Then another. In total, I sent five separate emails over more than a week. None of them received a reply. No acknowledgment, no status update, no explanation. It felt as though my case simply did not matter.

The most concerning part was the clear contrast in communication. When funds were being deposited, responses were quick and attentive. When a genuine issue required attention, communication stopped entirely. That shift raises serious doubts about the platform’s commitment to its users.

My withdrawal requests remained pending without any clear reason, and every attempt to get clarification was met with generic responses or no response at all. InteractiveCrypto Update.Interactivecrypto, like its associated scamming platform, Blockchains, appears several times on Trustpilot - they obviously keep reinventing themselves with different letters at the end of their name, following the many bad reviews they attract. You can see five Blockchains and five Interactive cryptos on Trustpilot UK.Interactivecrypto refused to return my $600 of cash. They told me to go to Blockchain, where they had moved it. Blockchain's 'legal department' contacted me to tell me $100,000 plus had been moved to my 'wallet'. To get it, I had to send a refundable deposit of $10,000, which would be returned in two days, along with the $100,000, which had suddenly grown from $600 in three days. Need I say more - other than criminally corrupt scammers. InteractiveCrypto and Blockchain are linked to corruption and scamming.Interactivecrypto still refuse to send me my own cash back. I have one consolation. John Howell and Michael Berg, as they called themselves, had previously grown increasingly hysterical in claiming mountains of opportunities to act on immediately or miss the greedy boat. Two weeks later, bitcoin bit them in the arse as it plummeted from the heights they claimed were going to increase to catastrophic levels. But the catastrophe was at its bottom, falling out. And my caution puts me in the expert category, which they claimed they alone were in. Given their obvious embarrassment and shame, I have since shared my expertise with them. I informed them of the recent job opportunities in Cambodia. I invited them and their fellow worms in the Blockchain ‘legal team’ to fluff off to

Same problem as the last two guys who have left reviews. Massive scam site, I invested a few thousand pounds, then when it came to withdrawing they told me I had to transfer some solano currency to them (equivalent to £1800) to release the funds. I basically gave them what my father had left me in my inheritance, which I told them at the time. They still scammed me!!These guys are ruthless and don’t care about anyone or anything, as long as they are lining their own pockets. Avoid two people called Mark liotta and Alex Strom, if that’s even their real names!!Awful people!!
