Really happy with my C63 Sealander, the watch is nearly a perfect GADA watch for me (I only wish it would be 41mm, I believe it would fit my 19cm wrist a bit better), the overall quality is just awesome and you can easily compare it to 2x more expensive brands. I'm considering getting a Trident now, so I guess it's the best summary of my experience with Christopher Ward.
I’ve been eyeing the C65 Dune GMT for some time. I was sad when it fell out of the catalog rotation. BUT when the watch popped up on sale, I had to jump on that! My 3rd C Ward watch and I was not disappointed. The colors, case size, and GMT—check, check, and check!! ❤️ It was a “must have”.
The order process was easy and the communication was frequent throughout—from the final purchase all the way to the delivery man ringing my doorbell. It arrived in simple yet tasteful, quality packaging. Performs flawlessly and is just beautiful. Well done!
Brilliant designs and outstanding craftsmanship. Truly one of the bright lights in affordable yet classic timepieces, these are certain to retain their value/become valuable classics. Great customer support and relationships with the people who run this company as a nobody who's just enjoyed buying a few of their products.
The service was good but disappointing I had to pay £165 for it. A £600 watch shouldn’t stop working and need a full service after 8 years. I have watches that cost under £100 and are 20+ years old and have never needed a service . They are working fine!
I want to caution future buyers about the unacceptable service received. After a week without updates, I received a watch that was clearly flawed. When I reported the issue with video proof, instead of an apology, I got a threatening email from a representative. They processed an unwanted refund and even threatened to close my account for raising a legitimate concern. Additionally, they demanded the item back without ensuring my earlier payments were refunded. This company tries to present itself as a luxury brand, but their handling of defects and customer relations is unprofessional and aggressive. In summary, they ignored my inquiries for over a week, sent a defective product, threatened account deletion for a complaint, and mishandled return logistics. Avoid this brand if you value your money and peace of mind.
This watch is absolutely stunning, and I look forward to seeing the case develop a patina. The strap is soft and fits perfectly. It's the most expensive watch I've ever bought, and I can truly appreciate the quality throughout—definitely worth every penny. Surprisingly lightweight, it wears like a smaller watch despite being 42mm.
Wow. This watch is incredibly beautiful, and I look forward to seeing the case develop a patina over time. The strap is soft and fits perfectly. This is the most expensive watch I've purchased, and I can truly feel the quality throughout its design and movement—definitely worth the investment. It's surprisingly lightweight and feels smaller than its 42mm size.
