The Clipstick is fantastic, just as promised and simplifies gear transport. I'm pleased it finally showed up. I initially ordered it in mid-December, but it didn't arrive. I reached out to the support team and was assisted by a representative who was excellent. She was very attentive, arranged a replacement for me, and followed up to ensure it arrived. An outstanding customer service experience.

Frustrating product experience, but great customer support.

I had a frustrating experience with the product, but the customer support was excellent. The representative was very helpful. Unfortunately, the product didn't work well for me as it didn't fit my ski poles, and one part broke right away (though I received a quick refund). I just wish it had been compatible with my gear! It was too small for my poles and too large for my son’s poles. Clearly, one size does not fit all.

Fantastic Product for Skiing Families

I purchased a set of 10 Clipsticks for my family of skiers, and we absolutely love them! They are very durable and will certainly make our trips to the resort much smoother, as well as being perfect for travel. We encountered a minor issue with one of the pole clips breaking, so I reached out to the company for a replacement. The representative was incredibly helpful, and a new clip was shipped within 48 hours, even with the New Year holiday. She also suggested a simple fix if the clips were a bit tight: placing a few drops in a sealed plastic bag for a day or two to soften them. We're trying that now and hope it will make clipping the poles easier. Overall, these are excellent for carrying skis comfortably without them slipping apart!

A clever and simple solution

This is a clever and straightforward solution. In the past, I used bungee cords that often loosened. This solution works perfectly. Transporting gear used to be tough, but now it’s a breeze.
