Dishonest Support & Total Service Failure - Stay Away!
I am extremely disappointed with HostBlast. My website (refendel.com) and cPanel have been completely inaccessible for over 24 hours, causing significant financial loss to my business.
Despite clear evidence that the site is down globally (verified via Check-Host and multiple users in different countries), their support team is being blatantly dishonest. They keep sending me screenshots claiming the site is "fine" and refusing to investigate the server-side issues or the web server service failure.
Even with a VPN and different networks, the site remains unreachable (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT). This is a clear failure of their infrastructure and a total lack of professional support.

I have attached screenshots of the global downtime and the connection errors. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this provider if you care about your business uptime and honest communication.

I paid in advance for their hosting service, and I regretted it.I am experiencing lots of downtime; all sites on the server are down, yet support advised me to clear the cache (?!?!).There are plenty of good hosting companies around. Do not waste your time and money!
I am writing this review to share my experience in a factual and transparent way, hoping it will help others make an informed decision.I purchased a hosting service and, after only one day, all the files on my server were completely removed without any prior notice, warning, or explanation. Shortly after that, the support team became unreachable and stopped responding entirely.I have used many hosting providers over the years, and I have never experienced something like this. Losing all data so quickly, without communication, is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to offer reliability, uptime, and basic customer support.I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing — I am simply reporting what happened. My experience was extremely negative, and I personally cannot recommend this service based on what occurred.I hope this review helps others avoid the same issue.
I must say i am quite impressed with how they don't actually care about their customers. How does one raise a ticket and does not get a response. If you are lucky, you get a very meaningless one at best. I could write a book about their service. I learnt the hard way that cheap is actually quite costly in the long run. My clients website has been offline since May 1st, i have raised over 5 tickets and have not gotten a single response. This guys do not even care. I hate this service provider with a passion
This service is trash they are actually scammers don't try to use them and I'll spread it as I can, after buying domain name is remain pending until now the worst part is they don't respond to support tickets, the customer service is So poor if you are want to lose money chose host blast they even deleted my account from logging in so terrible
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but I've been using Hostblast for around 3 years now for hosting several websites and while yes the uptime and support arn't the best you pay for what you get and I only use it for testing on non important stuff.
Website is cheap, and it is good if you want only to buy domain. But if you want to host something, or even use only email services - DON'T!Support is not answering to tickets (they didn't answer my ticket since 28th December 2023.), servers are so slow that it is impossible to work (mails are 20min late). It is not a scam, but not recommended.
