Review Time
I need to return one of the travel pillows I had purchased. It was weeks before trtl's customer service contacted me- incredibly frustrating, in the end I had to leave comments on their instagram posts. When they did answer, they gave no help but immediately sent a 'how did we do' feedback email inviting me to contact them with any further issues! When they hadn't actually told me how to return the item! Incompetent! Very annoying when it seems they are flogging the product on every platform but unable to answer a simple request to return one item!
The pillow as many have pointed out is not quite the right fit. I am trying to return it but I can't get any response from the company outside of a standard reply that they will get back to me and there is no phone number. Its been 30 days since my request for instructions on returning the product (following the policy they laid out). Don't order from this company!
It has been more than a week since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive even a tracking number, despite the claims on the website that items are shipped the same or next day with delivery expected in 2-5 business days. Furthermore, I have attempted to reach out through their website, email, and social media, but have received no responses for several days. I am about to leave for a long trip next week and was really hoping to use it, but the lack of customer support has been extremely frustrating.
I purchased a sleep bundle that included a sleep mask, travel pillow, and a gift item. It arrived recently, but the travel pillow is missing. I have a trip coming up soon, and I’m now out money due to this issue. I reported this to the support team but have not heard back from the company. I am requesting a refund and would like to return the part of the bundle I did receive, as the neck pillow was my main reason for placing this order.
I bought a travel pillow a few years back, and while it was incredibly comfortable, I struggled with the internal neck brace and carrying it. I was thrilled to see the new design with a carry case, which I purchased during a recent sale, and it’s absolutely perfect!
Update: Someone emailed me back. Problem with stock. I'll update again when something happens.No word that my delivery is being sent out and it was placed 5 days ago. No way to contact them on website. Order #46782 . I will change my review if I ever get my products or hear from someone. Non-existent customer service on website. Maybe it just isn't working right now but I am annoyed.
