They said the support team works 24 hours a day.When you message them, they are unavailable and don't reply properly.Talking about a problem doesn't solve it later.I can't log in to my hosting's C panel. I've told them several times and they don't respond.No one will take such a bad hosting.
Experience was ok and not too good as multiple times support activity was going on and also 2 to 3 times my server was down due to some issue and that was not a good experience with the clubhousty.
