Smooth experience with the service for my GPS watch order

My experience with the service when I ordered my GPS watch was seamless. I placed my order, and just a few days later, I was wearing it. Along with it, I received a trade-in voucher for new clubs. While I was considering purchasing new clubs, I found the trade-in offer to be quite underwhelming. Perhaps that was a bit shortsighted, as returning customers could be advantageous in a competitive market. Nonetheless, this is a very good company to work with.

Order Timeline and Communication Issues

I placed my order on December 26th, and it was shipped on the 29th. The trolley was finally delivered on January 7th after facing customs delays. I reached out by phone four times for updates on the delays, speaking with representatives who assured me they would follow up, but unfortunately, I never heard back from any of them.
