I waited more than 5 weeks for this product, facing poor communication and a refusal to process my cancellation or refund from the company. When I finally received it, my lashes only lasted 48 hours. After a sneeze, one of the clusters simply came off. Having used lash clusters for 3 years, I can confidently say this is among the worst in terms of bonds and sealants. Don't be fooled; the hype on social media is misleading.

I only gave one star because I couldn't select zero. I waited nearly 2 months! When they said my order would be delivered, it was attempted to be delivered to my billing address instead of my shipping address, resulting in it being sent back! I ordered on November 29th, and as of January 10th, I still haven't received my order. To make matters worse, they stopped responding to my messages! At this point, I just hope for a refund! Very disappointed!
I placed my order in mid-November for black locking glue, which I never received. After several emails to customer service, a replacement was finally sent, and it arrived today. I applied my lashes using the glue 12 hours ago, but it never dried, remained tacky, and the lashes have already started to fall off! This is the worst glue I've used in the 2 years of wearing cluster lashes! I strongly advise against it.
I purchased the bundle of natural volume lashes, the locking glue, sealant, unlocker, and tweezers. While I like the lashes, I wish there was a size between 12 and 14, as they don't look seamless on my eyes. Moreover, the locking glue is not waterproof at all. The lashes come off easily, not lasting more than 1-2 days even without getting wet. I was hoping for a long-lasting solution while on holiday, but it didn't meet expectations. The sealant stings my eyes and doesn't seem to work, leaving marks on my eyelids. Very disappointing; I wouldn't recommend it.
I reached out to customer service because the glue dried out after just two uses. They said they would send a replacement, but it's been over 6 weeks, and I haven't received anything. I've followed up multiple times with no reply. Terrible customer service and a poor product. I can't recommend it.
I would give them zero stars if I could! I regret not checking the reviews beforehand! It's been a month, and I still haven't received my order! Please do not order from this company; they are terrible! Additionally, I still have not received a refund! We should report this company to the Better Business Bureau for scamming multiple customers!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY; IT IS A SCAM!!!! I waited almost a month for my order, and when I started asking for a refund, they stopped responding. Now, I'm disputing charges to get my money back, as they seem to want to keep my money and not send the products!
