If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered on December 6, 2025, and they promised express shipping in 3-6 days, but nothing has arrived. I've emailed them countless times and received no response. The tracking number shows as unavailable. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
I ordered from them on 11/26/25 and still have not received my order. I have contacted them on multiple occasions with the run around and told there was an “internal warehouse issue.” absolutely ridiculous. I have not received anything from them regarding the matter since I got the “your order is being processed” email. But they’re quick to send out advertisements as if they can keep up with the “demand.” Just save your money and don’t order.
I just ordered a few books of their lashes and I have to admit they're not great. I finally got the glue in the mail. I will report back once I use the glue that's supposed to last up to two weeks. However, the cluster lashes aren't great very plastic very fake.
