they block my account with 1000$ in and take many many day to approve the account after sent them documents and credit card photos. don't recommend to buy here. after 2 days still not anything.

Too expensive

Too expensive. Most mentors are from overseas, and they charge more than a student in the US or Canada would charge. $20 for 15 minutes. My mentor was very nice but she took her time helping me. I'll seek help from the local schools.

Codementor gives an opportunity to earn truly good value of your service.Honest people and straight forward system.No clever ways to rob freelancer's of their hard earned money, unlike the cunning guys at Upwork.So, why do I still give a one star. This is why:They have earned one star only because of their 'support'. Despite repeated emails they would not respond to your request and keep you waiting with total silence, which is very frustrating.

Mentor Didn't Complete my Task and Overcharged

I'm new to Codementor and have never used the site before. I chose one of the available mentors to complete a task by 15th April.The work that they originally provided me was half-complete and didn't follow the specification that I set out in the job description.After communicating this with them their language via chat hasn't been polite or helpful at all.I have tried to contact Codementor support via email and Twitter(X), but no one seems to reply at all.Is there an alternative support system in place?
