The products and the efficiency of this company are excellent. The only problems encountered are with items shipped by USPS. Often arrive not in 2 days but 4-6 even when sent 2-day Priority. Recommend provide option to pay extra to have items shipped by FedEx, better tracking, better service. Finally, followup when there is a problem rapid response & resolution.
