I ordered a "new" magazine, and it arrived with a permanent vertical crease running down the front cover. When I provided clear photographic evidence of the damage, their customer service gave the most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard.
They actually claimed that because the magazine is still "readable," it isn't considered damaged! According to their logic, they could send you a magazine soaked in water or ripped in half, and as long as you can read the words, they won’t offer a free replacement.
To make matters worse, they told me that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. They are essentially trying to fine me for their own failure to deliver a product in professional condition.
This company hides behind "readability" to scam people out of receiving the quality they paid for. They do not care about customers or the condition of their products. Save your money and buy elsewhere, anywhere that actually understands what "New Condition" means.
Absolute disgrace of a business.
I placed an order on 23 November for a magazine with a diary, but I still haven't received it. This was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter, making the delay very frustrating. I've reached out multiple times through the company's contact form without any response. It's unacceptable for a customer to be treated this way. I'm extremely disappointed by the service and lack of communication. It's surprising that no one has taken action to resolve this. I now expect either immediate delivery or a full refund.

I ordered on 20th November, understanding it might take longer since it's coming from the US. Initially, I had to email to obtain tracking information. However, the tracking has not updated since December 8th. I've received only one response from the company since then, despite emailing multiple times. That response did not offer any resolution or assistance, and I'm still waiting for a follow-up.
