Review Time
I ordered a white plant stand. The label on the box says white, but the plant stand is black. There was a large hole in the box that could have been damaged in shipping, but the box was definitely old and pre-used. The company is non-responsive. Filing with the BBB.
I was waiting to get a call to schedule delivery. I didn't expect to get a call from the driver on a Sunday evening around 8:00 p.m. He was at our house and ready to deliver the furniture. We weren't home and didn't arrive til around 9:00p.m. entering at our side door, not the back where he had put the furniture on our deck. I didn't check for any messages because I wasn't expecting any calls. I didn't go outside Monday and didn't know it had been delivered til Tuesday morning when I happened to look out my kitchen sink window. I then checked my answering machine and listened to the two messages he left. Thankfully nothing was damaged. The first email I received after ordering said that I had to inspect everything while driver was present. The second email concerning the shipment said that the driver wouldn't wait til it was inspected...a bit confusing. After I unwrapped everything and inspected it I called the driver and left a message thanking him for putting the furniture on our deck instead of just leaving it in the yard. Anyway, I'm happy with the furniture. It's well made and all questions prior to ordering were answered. Ordering online was easy.
Great company to work with! Andrea called me to discuss shipping times in order to have furniture and cushions arrive around the same time. Products were well packed and delivered with care. It is rare nowadays to feel like you’ve had a personal shopping experience with an online business. Wicker Warehouse nailed it!
They answered all my questions that I had about the products I wanted to purchase. Ordering everything I wanted and was told it would take a couple weeks to get my order when in fact, it only took me a couple days to have the order at my house.
When I first called, I received all the help anyone could ask for. I think it was Joyce who helped me. She helped me figure out fabric choices, etc., and was in general so helpful! I received information on what to do when my furniture was delivered, that was so helpful! And the product itself is so beautiful and well made. I love it! It is perfect in my sunroom! I also feel that I got my money's worth! A good product at a fair price. I am a new fan of Wicker Warehouse and will gladly recommend them to anyone!
