As mentioned in a previous review, this company has now closed down and essentially vanished. They failed to inform any of their customers, including those with active mail forwarding services, and have gone completely silent. Initially, emails went unanswered, LiveChat disappeared from the site, and phone support became unresponsive. Their website is now offline. Stay away and avoid! If you have an active mailing service with them, change your address as soon as possible!
I haven't received any mail for six months (except for one letter). After six months, this seemed suspicious, so I sent a test letter to them that never got acknowledged. I've tried calling for the past month (about ten times), but it appears they have shut down. Avoid at all costs!
I was impressed with the quick, professional, and friendly assistance I received when there was a technical issue on their website. The company formation process was straightforward, and I can view both companies I'm setting up on the online portal. I don't usually leave reviews unless prompted, but this service definitely deserves recognition!
