I returned to the location after my previous review, but unfortunately, the temperature problems persist. The shop was rather cold, making it tough to remain inside for long. It seemed uncomfortable for the staff too, as some were wearing scarves. I understand these issues can take time to resolve, but the ongoing temperature concerns greatly affect the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed soon, as everything else about the place is excellent.

I placed an order on 28/11, and it still hasn't arrived. The company doesn't respond to messages on social media, and the live chat on their website isn't functional. I'm considering asking my bank for a chargeback. I would advise avoiding this website entirely.
I ordered a cork map for my living room, and it arrived in poor packaging. The frame was completely broken. I contacted the service, and they were apologetic; they sent a replacement that was better packaged and arrived undamaged. Overall, a good experience, but the packaging needs improvement for fragile items.
The support team was incredibly helpful and understanding, going above and beyond to resolve my issue. They found me a new base, and I was really impressed. Great service, and I will definitely shop with them again—customer service is exceptional.
My parcel did not arrive. They claim it was delivered to the provided address, but it clearly wasn't. The photos they supplied show a location far from my home. They refuse to take responsibility, and I'm now about £50 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
The products I ordered were as expected and arrived fairly quickly. However, the packaging was disappointing. The box was flimsy, tape was undone, and there was no padding, resulting in three individual boxes being squashed and torn. Thankfully, nothing appears broken, but since these items are fragile and meant as gifts, I won't know until the recipients open them. I expect better care in packing delicate items, as couriers don’t handle parcels with care.
I purchased a lamp while visiting a store, but it was faulty when I got home. I called the store, and although I couldn't return it in person, the representative was fantastic. She apologized and promptly sent me a replacement in the mail, even leaving a lovely note in the parcel, which I received the following day.
I advise against ordering from this seller. They inflate prices on their website, and when the goods arrive, the delivery note shows much lower prices. It’s disappointing that they aren’t organized enough to update their paperwork along with their website.
