I bought my first vintage bag @ collectorscage. Really in love with the bag. I had some questions about the shipment and they were so nice and helpfull. So I’m really happy that I have bought my first, and hopefully not my last bag hihihi @ collectorscage.
Everything worked out perfectly — the whole process was uncomplicated, fast, and handled with great care and attention to detail. You can really feel the passion and love behind the service. Highly recommended!
The experience was perfect throughout all the process of the purchase. I wasn't sure which bag I would buy and I sent an email with some questions and CC team answered in less than 24 hours in a very kind way. Then, I bought a beautiful Saumur LV and it took 11 days for it to arrive (I'm from Portugal). As it was taking a bit long, I sent an email, and again, the CC team answered quickly and assured me everything was ok. The only thing I would recommend is for CC team alert the clients that the bag is going to a pick up point instead of the address - it was what happened to me. Apart from that, the bag was even better than what I thought, the customer service is perfect, and I will buy more from CC for sure! Thank you for making my dream come true! <3
