The delivery was impressively quick, yet it's strange that a liner isn't part of the basic package as a standard feature. Although most items in the standard box are optional, a liner is highly recommended, particularly for a new pool. Excellent customer service. The pool arrived literally the next day from when I ordered it. I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive on time as I ordered it just a week before I was due, so I was very pleased with the quick delivery. It comes with everything as advertised; absolutely amazing, comfortable, just a beautiful pool that I loved.
I bought this for my mother to enjoy a comfortable bath. It may not be suitable due to temperature limits - my mistake for not checking beforehand. I rate the product 4/5 stars as I had to watch videos to learn how to inflate it properly. I also accidentally punctured the bath while tossing it into my messy car on the way to a camping shop searching for a compatible pump.
