We would like to thank colliers estates agents, the whole team are professional and amazing in their field. We both sold and bought through colliers and was made far easier than previous house moves we've had. We had sold within 5 weeks in a difficult market, due to the rates of inflation rising. We had a full price offer there was no back and forward negotiations. The photos were incredible! Ellie and Jordan were always professional and and Rob was able to help with the chasing up on the new build bungalow. I highly recommend colliers and will be using them again in the future. Bought a house unseen because of the distance away and my age 76.I was told it was really nice and would be ok. When I arrived I was so disappointed with the house . It was nothing but a dirty house requiring loads of work . Plus rats . There is a issue with the solar panels on roof ,which I am investigating . I just want a nice clean house for my few years left .now ive got a expensive property update on my hands or resell . Do not believe a word they say ,they are only selling no matter what . Yes summing up I would pass on this company ( they tell lies )
