Used this to send some bank statements to my mortgage broker today. The scanning part is actually really good, it made my messy desk photos look like a real PDF. Had a small issue where the first attempt failed because the office number was busy (not the apps fault i guess), but it worked on the second try. Giving 4 stars because the interface is a bit cluttered with "upgrade" prompts, but for a quick fax from a phone, it does the job.

My car insurance company is stuck in the 90s and insisted I fax them a 4-page accident report. I was literally at work and couldn't just leave to find a FedEx or something. Downloaded this, took photos of the papers, and hit send. It took like 3 minutes for the status to change to "delivered" which honestly made me nervous lol, but the agent confirmed they got it 10 mins later. A bit expensive for a one-time thing but way better than driving around town for an hour looking for a real machine.

I’m not very tech-savvy, but I managed to send my documents without any issues. No complicated settings or confusing menus. You just upload, put in the number, and hit send. Everything worked as advertised. Highly recommend if you want something that just works.
I needed to send some signed contracts to a government agency that only accepts faxes. Municorn worked perfectly. The interface is clean, and what I liked most was the immediate confirmation report once the transmission was successful. It’s much more convenient than keeping a physical machine in the office.
Pretty solid experience so far. The app is intuitive and the fax quality is clear. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I’d love to see a few more flexible pricing options for light users, but in terms of functionality, it’s flawless. Much better than the other buggy apps I've tried before.
I needed to fax some medical records for a university application, and I have NO printer or machine obvs. This service was super easy. I only needed to send like 4 pages. I got the smallest package/plan they had. The app walks you thru everything. Honestly, I thought I'd have to pay $50+ somewhere. This was cheap and fast. It was my first time faxing anything ever lol. Total lifesaver. (Sorry for the bad lighting on my scan tho haha, it still worked!)
