I have had a reclining chair from Comfort plus, for a couple of years and wanted a matching settee. I had a very helpful and informative telephone conversation followed up by an email confirming what I required, costs etc.The item was delivered by considerate and helpful delivery people. I am delighted with both the look and comfort of my new settee.

The beds were ready to be delivered earlier than expected by at least 2 weeks. They were delivered on the day and time booked soon after they were ready. The fitters worked efficiently and quickly putting them up and the mechanical features demonstrated and were easy to replicate. The finish on the beds was excellent with the drawers underneath capacious.
The chair was made to fit me and is very comfortable (although a bit heavy to push around). The bed too (though I question the need for memory settings in practice). The delivery was on time as arranged (despite atrocious weather and a long journey for the delivery men). They tackled 4 flights of stairs with little complaint! I am now enjoying more restful evenings and nights. Good value for money.
