when I spoke to your employees on the phone they were always courteous, helpful and understanding.when I took delivery of the bed, sofa and chair the two men involved were courteous, efficient and worked extremely well together and I was very pleased with the service. However, because I am elderly and my brain is not as agile as it used to be I needed them to be slower in their explanations of the mechanisms particularly of the bed.As far as the original demonstration was concerned I would have liked it to be less noisy, without alcohol and noise and jokes. I was suffering from low blood pressure when I arrived and by the time the demonstration was over I was shattered. The young man came to my bungalow in the afternoon and was helpful but I know that not every senior citizen wants to attend a rowdy demonstration. Some of us like dignity, respect and understanding.The difference between the demonstration and the contacts with your employees by telephone was great and every person I spoke to over the phone represented your company very well indeed. They were far better than most companies I have to contact today.I would definitely recommend your company and your goods but not the rowdy demonstration. I'm glad I had the energy to continue with the purchase after lunch in my own home and what a difference when I contacted your staff.The chair and sofa are lovely in my lounge is much improved. I haven't quite got used to the bed. It looks attractive but I have not discovered how to put on the light.I look forward to using the chair more this winter.Thank you Comfort Plus Products and your very pleasant staff. The representatives were very relational, kind and interested in our livestyle in Kings Lodge. As promised, they provided and handed round coffee! Their demonstrations were excellent and they were very prepared to permit residents to try out some of the furniture items themselves. They also spoke privately to residents interested in purchasing items. They told us about the promotional offer of bedding, being provided by ComfortPlus, which would be sent separately.
The staff doing the demonstrations on the day of sale/viewing were very good at their job and very pleasant.The staff who delivered my new bed were quick and efficient and removed my old bed very quickly. They explained how to use both the remotes, so that I have been able to get the best out of my new bed. Very happy with it thank you.
I live in flats for elderly and Comfort Plus came to our lounge to demonstrate the products. Paul made the experience fun as well as very informative. I decided to order an adjustable bed. The customer service team kept me informed every step of the way. I have just received my new bed. The delivery men Bradley and Stephen were helpful and obliging and were bang on time.Although the beds are expensive, they carry a 25 year guarantee.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to invest in a recliner chair or an adjustable bed.
