I dread looking at my calendar days before a traditional appointment in a clinical setting. Travel, schedule changes, therapist trust, etc. all add more stress without making me feel confident I am going in a positive direction. That is enough for me to make excuses to not stay committed and/or consistent despite wanting help. I am truly grateful that Inprove gets it right for me. The lessons and structure are easy for me to stay engaged and integrate painlessly when my mind wanders in seconds. Most of all, I appreciate the control Inprove affords me. I don't feel burdened, overcommitted, or guilty like I'm not getting the most out of an hour-long office session. Also, I give credit to Inprove for my recent significant weight loss with a habit I took from a lesson. Being able to see how mental health affects your body is astounding!

Therapy embedded in your favorite messaging app is a fantastic idea. Surprised it wasn’t done sooner. I’m tired of toggling between a dozen apps for every specific function, it’s so nice to be able to talk to someone in the same place I spent most of my screen time!The exercises are helpful and help drive resolution quickly. Big fan.
I was initially skeptical, but found this app to be game-changing as a tool for personal growth and mental health support. It makes available to each user a wealth of time-tested and effective therapeutic methods and techniques, but tailored to individual needs. Having free 24/7 access to this tailored therapeutic support is huge! Therapy is wonderful, but most of the time it can only be practically accessed once a week or once every two weeks, if even. This app provides access to therapeutic support and tools to calm an anxious or spiraling mind, re-center or reset your nervous system, or slowly break through entrenched patterns of limiting beliefs or harmful behaviors—in the moment and on a daily, hourly basis. Very appreciative—like having a therapist and life coach in your pocket!
