Review Time
It's close to two months since I placed my order with comicwarehouse, and at this point I've lost any and all hope that it will ever arrive.If like me, you find yourself facing difficulties with an order, you have my sympathies, and I wish you the very best of luck in your quest to get in touch with this illusive company. The website states that comicwarehouse have a dedicated support team, but for all my attempts to communicate with them (of which there were many, both via email and the onsite chat functionality), I ultimately only earnt a single response, one with zero follow through on that which was discussed. Subsequent communications on my part, where in I attempted to secure a refund, or for another copy of item to be sent out to me, were ultimately ignored.Thankfully, my order wasn't of great financial consequence, and I've accepted the fact that I won't see the product, nor the money I paid out for it again, but I can't in good conscience ignore a company with such appallingly bad customer service, and I can only hope that such a review might in turn save other consumers from the disappointment of attempting to do business with them
