I had a few problems installing Kigo Music One on my Mac. Customer service was extremely reactive, even at weekends, and responded immediately to my various requests. They offered me an adapted solution so that I could use the software. It works perfectly well, is easy to use and very pleasant. I really recommend this software.
I download Kigo Soft software because I wanted to have a good quality of some of my favorite shows, I tried KigoSoft because it was the first one that popped up in Google search. After downloading a free trial and testing it with Kigo Movie One I found it's a pretty good tool for all of the sites it can download from. It worked without any issues a easy download and c likc and install. I tested it with a half a dozen streaming sites and it worked great for my me. It's a good value tool for the service it provides.
I've contacted Kigosoft support, and the basic problem is that while they say their software does not violate Spotify's TOS, Spotify disagrees and is the final arbiter of which accounts they disable.Kigosoft support is limited to "ask for your account back, and if that doesn't work, create a new one."IF YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE SPOTIFY MAY DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT. And there's nothing Kigosoft can do to help.(wanted to reply to the thread, but don't see a way)
Downloaded and installed Kigo. Used it to download one album from Spotify, which I already owned on vinyl.A few days later Spotify disabled the account.THIS SHOULD BE POSTED IN BIG RED LETTERS EVERYWHERE ON THE KIGO SITE.

The software can be buggy at time and has required multiple updates since i started using it in order to allow all download sites to function. But when it does work it seems to do a good job and it's easy to down the files. Support team is usually pretty responsive.
