Review Time
My Windows 11 PC has crashed. No file recall or what so ever was possible. The only thing i can do is format the drive, and install Windows 11 again. So i did.
On the newly installed Windows 11, and new installed ANYMP4 Converter Ultimate V8.6.12 i wanted to install the software again, and use the last key from my account.But if i wanted to activate the software again, i get the following message (registration code is already used).This is normal, because i had installed it on the crashed drive. Of course i can not remove it first…
The people from ANYMP4 have reset it, and i filled it in on the newly installed PC, and it worked !

There is absolutely no support available. Clicking on their so-called 'Support' option leads to a blank page! They offer no assistance at all! They claim to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but good luck trying to contact anyone there - it's impossible!

I've had much success using the software, but now their customer service really excelled. With Microsoft discontinuing support for Windows 10, I had to upgrade to Windows 11. The customer service team understood my situation and was able to renew my key for my new computer!
