Best customer service ever receive

I recently bought some bicycle parts on Backcountry website. I had some confusion with an item listed. I reached to customer service and a lady name Tamara help me out. I have never experienced such a great customer service in my life, and I'm not exaggerating. This person was respectful, helpful, nice and kind. I spoke with Tamara Stone regarding a possible discount on an item. She responded promptly and was extremely friendly. Tamara offered expedited shipping and also presented the option to enroll in the Summit Club+ membership.
