Waste of money!!!

These performed very poorly and failed to stay in place from the very first use. It is highly unlikely that they are suitable for reuse. Do not waste your money!

Forced subscription, overpriced

The silicon patches do work a little to improve fine lines, but the exact same products (or a wider selection even) are sold online for less than a fifth of the price. Pacifica patches are better because you can wear them overnight with serum underneath. I wish I'd known that before purchasing - this was a good introduction to silicon masks, but you're paying for the branding. My main issue with the company is the sneaky way you are forced into a subscription. When you sign up, it's not made clear that you have to receive a minimum of three shipments before you can cancel. You can't cancel before then, even if you find the product isn't working for you, unless you pay a fee. I've been remembering to log in and skip shipments instead, which is really time consuming.

Misleading minimum spend

Misleading minimum spendThey lock you into a minimum of 3 orders (even though the cancel button says 1 order) and charge a $10 fee to "cancel" early. Customer service is unresponsive unless you say you're going to do a charge back. Would not recommend to anyone! Love reusable patches but don't buy from this company.

Cannot unsubscribe

I bought a subscription and when the patch arrived it was tiny, I do not have a big forehead and it was way too small - would suit a child. So I tried to cancel subscription and it when I click cancel a pop up occurs saying ‘an error has occurred’ I will try to cancel through PayPal but I am not comfortable with the honesty of this site

Shady company, never responds

Shady company. Be super careful with subscriptions. I've never encountered a site like this before, where you can't cancel subscriptions until you've had 3 orders or you can pay a fee to cancel after 2 orders. This information is NOT placed anywhere obvious to make you read it.I reached out to customer support multiple times, approximately 10x, and they NEVER responded ONCE. I would NEVER order from this company again.
