First interaction, with a completely different rep was terrible. The person said "they could" discount the item of question, but didn't. Chat found a different rep. Tamara was awesome and quickly found a solution to the price match/question and saved the sale, as I was about to buy from a different retailer. Tamara was professional and went above and beyond what I expected. And I've been in bicycle retail management for over 15 years, and over 20 years in customer service management. Thank you Tamara!

It was so nice to call and speak with a live representative in seconds. Tamara S. exceeds expectations. She is efficient and very knowledgeable about the product line.
