You called me to ask me what i ordered,i told you Samsung s25,so i provided all the information that you needed,and i called you because you send me a e-mail to contact you so you can send me the order and i did that.
I called you and i provided the right information that you asked for and from there you should just send me the order but instead you just hang up the phone and raised the price by almost 1500, you are just scamming people,because i saw more comments from people that ordered from you and they were complaining about the same thing,just stop lying and admit that you did something bad and just apologize and don't do that again.
I am just writing this,so that other people don't get scammed like you did to me!!

I’ll give two stars due to former good experiences with this company. Although I will never shop here again, and i don’t recommend others doing so either. Purchased a computer monitor which clearly had a factory fault. There is a foreign object (dust I believe) inside the monitor between the layers. Clearly visible as a production malfunction. First they ask me to contact the manufacturer (ASUS) myself which in my mind is ludacris. Then they refuse to swap it for a new monitor, before they send it to the manufacturer. So because the product they sold me is faulty, I have to wait 2-4 weeks without a monitor. Utter ridiculous. Terrible service.
