Great customer service from Hughes purchasing a LG G5 TV. Delivery was excellent and received a refund after a price drop prior to arriving at my door. A happy first time customer.
Items delivered on time and kept informed all the way unfortunately had to replace item got in touch with customer service was quickly sorted and replaced within a couple of days happy with the service provided
My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating. They seem to prioritize their profits over customer care, focusing solely on the substantial earnings from rentals. Many long-term customers, some who have been renting for over four years, are not given replacements despite the equipment being profitable after just a year. This raises serious questions about their commitment to good customer service.
The staff is incredibly helpful, and I have great admiration for an assistant who, when unsure about an answer, is willing to seek assistance from a colleague. This demonstrates their strong teamwork, which is vital for customer satisfaction.
I initially planned to buy my new fridge freezer online but decided to visit the store for a closer look at the model I was interested in, and I'm so glad I did. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was assisted by a representative who provided thorough information about the product, delivery options, and guarantees. Their insights were invaluable, even sharing reasons why my previous fridge might have failed! Moving forward, I will definitely choose to shop in-store rather than online; it was much more enjoyable and engaging, plus I received an extra discount that I wouldn't have gotten online. Even the delivery team was prompt and cheerful! Kudos to the staff at the local store; I will return for all my future electrical needs, as their warmth and personable approach truly made a difference!
Unfortunately, our delivery was canceled within the timeframe we had paid for and waited for. It arrived two days later, and I had to call to request a refund for the delivery fee. The customer service experience left much to be desired, although the delivery staff were very pleasant.
I was impressed with the representative's knowledge about the fridge freezers. He genuinely wanted to help me choose the right product. He was patient and well-informed, which helped me make a great purchase. I'm very satisfied with my choice. Thank you!
