After having alot of trouble with a dealership in Derby, I was skeptical to get another car on finance. But!! I found these guys & Kerion went above and beyond for me. He kept me updated with everything each day & nothing was ever to much trouble. I travelled all the way from Brighton to Manchester and im so glad I did! The car is beautiful, it was absolutely spotless when I picked the car up, even got a full tank of fuel! 😄 He was more than prepared to answer any single question I had, no matter how silly I sounded, he was very reassuring - knowing the trouble id had. It was such a straight forward process, they were incredibly friendly/professional. I would definitely use these guys again in the future! X
What a fab experience! I have never experienced such a quick, smooth process of purchasing a car! Sam called me and from the get go, she was informative, reassuring, and insistent that she could find a car within, the budget and idea of the car we needed/wanted. All the paperwork was provided and any repairs that were required following the MOT were carried out promptly and the invoice was included within our pack. Sam was so incredibly busy and rushed off her feet, but would deal with each customer with care, and spread her time evenly, updating each customer as the time went on. Thank you for all your help.
