I have paid my bill every month on time and have always paid well above the minimum and this month I paid it in full and for the 2nd month in a row now my credit is being withheld which is not fair or right ive never had another cc company do that ever it's kinda the point of having a cc so that u always have that there when you need it I could see if I had been behind on payments or wasn't paying the bill at all then yes definetly with hold my credit and when I called customer service they were nothing but rude and did nothing to help I paid my who card off so I expect to be able to access that credit at anytime they have no right to tell me when I can and cannot use my credit I dont tell them when they can and cant take a payment they just do it so I should be able to use my credit whenever I wish I had read the reviews before hand im definetly not the only person who has had issues with this company I didnt read one good review other then the ones that were invited to leave a good review I do not recommend this cc company to anyone ever and they should not be allowed to conduct business with anyone and I think there are enough people to come together and file a lawsuit against this company they are shady and wrong in so many ways
I realized it was a high risk card when I got it because my credit wasn't the best so I realize the interest would be higher. The cons are once you get over a certain limit after you make your payments the credit will not be available for 15 days. The other thing is the monthly fee which will never allow you to have a zero balance. My payment is due on the 22nd of each month and then they wait until after business hours usually between 10-12pm and it hits your credit report at 12:01 which will report as an increase. I've called on several occasions asking why this charge is added so late that I can't catch it before it hits my credit report but not even a manager could justify. I was told it should show up by 8pm and it never does. This seems like it's designed to hurt your cardholder rather than help them. Why is it the cardholder can never achieve a zero balance?
I received the card promptly, which I appreciate. However, the support team needs to enhance their service. I've reached out multiple times for clarification since the website lacks information. The representatives are not helpful, even from the comfort of their homes! It was quite frustrating when one representative rushed me off the call because I had questions. How is it possible to be approved for $1000 credit but denied for $500? Both decisions came from your team.

I've been a satisfied customer for years and appreciate their service, even if my credit score could qualify me for better rates now. Overall, it's a reputable company, and I recommend them.
To fellow consumers: if you're considering signing up, be aware that this company does not permit changes to your payment due date. Ensure the date you select upon registration aligns with your preferences, or think twice about choosing this service. I've never encountered another financial institution that doesn't allow customers to adjust their due dates at least once. Additionally, the website and app seem largely unnecessary, except for making payments. They could greatly improve their policies.
