i bought a game and decided i do not want it anymore after i saw the reviews. so i contacted customer support and they said they cannot refund me since they have a ''no refund policy''. wanna know the reason that the no refund policy is there? well look: ''We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital and downloaded from the internet, we have a strict no refunds policy.'' BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE DIGITAL??? thats some insane bs. because official stores like the playstation store offer refunds, even though its digital..

Negative 5 stars. Scammers. Took my money and then didn't deliver the product. I wish I had read reviews first but unfortunately I didn't think too. Do not buy off them.

Avoid at all costs

I purchased a digital product and never received a download code, I kept being told the delivery team were busy and would despatch the code in the next few hours. I then asked for a refund which was refused because I 'hadnt received a faulty product'. I screenshot all conversations for evidence and had to claim money back via my bank

A scam website

A scam website. Take your money and don't deliver anything, but provide accounts for the game that stop working. Customer service don't help and don't refund. I strongly suggest you don't buy from this company. A waste of time and money

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Order intitially worked well, however with a system update on the console it ceased working. Having contacted Consogame they kept promising to get a replacement product to me (always coming soon, the team are working hard to fulfil), however this never happened. I would not recommend this to other customers.

Game stopped working after a week.

The description did not point out I was buying an account. I was lenient as activation worked. After a week the game stopped working as I now need a digital key card. That as to be transferred from console to console - which obviously is not possible. In the quite extensive activation guide there was a sentence I misread (as from an other provider it is exactly opposite), that you have to pay from your account. Support first tried to intimidate me, that you violated the warranty, then have a suggestion what I could do, which did not work. I strongly suggest not buying here.
