Made the same mistake others have made. Website suggests you will download the game on your account but it is in fact a second account you must add to your device, allowing you to share the game, which is against the Nintendo Terms of Service.
Absolutely awful experience. Consogame straight-up scammed me and got my Nintendo Switch banned. After paying for their service, my console became unusable. What’s even worse is that it appears they provide paid software using stolen or compromised Nintendo accounts, which likely led to the ban in the first place. Zero accountability, no support, just silence. Completely untrustworthy and irresponsible. Stay far away unless you want to lose both your money and your console.
Awful experience. They do not disclose what they sell online in a clear enough way. I was authorised a refund that I never received and when I chased up on it they just ignore all your emails. I've now gone to the bank to claim the money back as they're just scammers just after your money. Do not buy from here at all
I would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered a game without doing the research and seeing how the game was actually downloaded, cancelled immediately on the day of purchase and was told refund would be 2 working days. It's now been a month and I still haven't been refunded and all my messages are being ignored. AVOID
