Complete scam of a company which I’ll be filing a report and contacting the ombudsman. Lost money on a so called game I ordered and told numerous times “I’ll get my refund” which has been over 5 weeks waiting and still nothing, this company is a complete waste of space and do not trust. Steals accounts off people and sells them instead of an actual game like it states!!!!!! ROBBING C*NTS
I bought smash under the assumption that it was a legitimate key. I bought into the description which stated reasonably as much.When I found out it wasn't (from a different account), I tried to start the refund process. Naturally it's bullshit excuse after bullshit excuse. I spent 30 minutes speaking to an agent who was trying to gaslight me into believing that water wasn't wet when I showed them clear evidence the wording of the game page stated "game directly from Nintendo eShop with all features like multiplayer, updates etc." the game comes directly from Nintendo eShop, you will be able to go online, get updates etc.play on your own account, just as if you had purchased the game on it directlyUnfortunately I didn't review the company beforehand, and I payed the price for it. These people are scammers. Do not deal with them. And if you do get burnt, raise a fraud dispute with your bank. Hopefully if enough people do it they will get shut down or taken to court.Disgusting people. I believe the company is Chinese, so you can imagine how much they care about scamming people.
