Quick turnaround for my son's switch dock!

I sent my son's switch dock via DPD on Friday, January 9th, and to my delight, it returned in just 4 days, functioning as if it were brand new! I only wish I had sent it in sooner when it first stopped working.

The repair was successful, but communication was lacking.

The repair on the VR device was effective, which is a positive aspect. However, I experienced a significant lack of communication throughout the process, aside from requests to complete surveys. I wasn’t informed about the duration of the repair, whether it was feasible, or any other details. Nothing at all! It was simply returned to me a few days after being sent, with no note or receipt included. We had to test it again to confirm if it was indeed fixed. Fortunately, it appears to be working now.
