We swapped to the CONSOL belt last month to try and fix some throughput issues. It runs dead flat and the wear resistance is noticeably better than what we were using. Line is moving much smoother now.
After switching to the Consol Granulator and Pelletizer system we noticed a solid performance improvement. The belt quality is excellent and the steel belt cooler keeps the temperature stable. Output is more uniform and maintenance intervals are longer than before.
