Absolute scam taking £300 of my money. I have now been waiting over half a year for my card to arrive. Every time I ring get the same bull s**t story that it will be here in 2 weeks. I have missed out on to much work because of this. What a joke of a company
Ladies and gentlemen were to start, I’ve been in construction for 8 years, and never in my life have I dealt with such a disgustingly poor company, the fact the company hasn’t been shut down yet is even more surprising, this is the only time I’ve ever written a review about something like this and hopfully the last. I applied for my cscs green card 24 days ago, and just after I payed they said it would take a maximum of 10 days. After the 10th day I called them, they said it was going to take another 2 weeks to be processed, I expressed that this wasn’t stated at the time of my payment and that Christmas is just round the corner, they carried on telling absolute lies, that they were backed up with bookings (after looking at the other reviews they say this excuse all year round) anyway, every time I called them it was someone different who would state something compliantly different from the previous phone convocation, half these positive trust pilot reviews must be fake…I’m now 24 days in, no cscs card no job and Christmas is only a few weeks away. How these company’s get away with it I don’t know, I called up the official CSCS number and payed the £38 again and now going through the motions of trying to get my card, the CSCS guys say they deal with these 3rd party company’s all the time and they can take months to apply for your card. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so blatantly breaking the law in my life, shocking
Just completed a management bootcamp and I am very pleased about the process. Swift and easy to enroll, good induction process, relevant and adequate course content presented by qualified tutor who was helpful and provided guidance throughout the course. I would recommend to everyone looking to upskill and progress and achieve NVQ qualification.
I recommend not taking courses Construction Helpline. The tutors aren't very experienced. During team meetings, they just read from the slides and don't give helpful guidance about the course. Unfortunately, the tutor named Larisa has trouble with reading and understanding English, which makes it harder to learn. Also, if you have any problems or questions, the center doesn't give much support. Plus, the assessor named Capri isn't helpful in solving any issues. Overall, I'm very unhappy with the service quality.If any one need more information I have video record and pictures of the team meeting
So around mid June, I completed the course to redo my cscs card. Ive worked in construction for over 10 years. From my own personal experience and others around me, at best were never waiting for our new cards for more than a month. This company got in touch with me about ordering a new one for me. I accepted and the order was placed mid June. Its now mid November and I still haven't received it. Ive contacted them a number of times regarding this, and they keep telling me theres a backlog and that its now under process blah blah blah. Im convinced its a scam at this stage. Ive been fortunate that is hasnt affected work too badly, but it has started to recently and with xmas coming up, Im possibly going to lose money now. Its disgraceful and very unprofessional
