Review Time
This is an awful company to deal with. They simply don't get the CSCS card sent to you. I've been chasing this for two years now, TWO YEARS! and they still haven't managed to get a card into my hands. I've been told repeatedly that it will arrive in 14 days, but it never does. Basically just thieves and annoying ones at that.
Be very carful with this company as they take your money, and don't come back with your cscs cards, and when you ask for the cars the come up with Excuses from the support team. I've been waiting for mine since November and still waiting
White card expired in Sept 23. Bombarded with phone calls to book test and pay for card. Failed test first time round in early Oct 23 again bombarded with phone calls to set up re-test. Passed second time, rang early Dec asking why card not issued, was asked to send copy of my qualifications, which i duly did. Asked by e-mail if they needed anything else to progress the issuing of card .... no reply. Chatted online today (24/01/24) still no card and requested a call back. Was told 10-15 working days for issuing of card! Very, very poor customer service after they have got your money. Passed test on 10 Oct and still waiting for card on 24 Jan!! Not good enough!!
I wish I'd have read the reviews before booking through this company. Same as the other people, I'm without a card having taking the test last November, apparently there's a 'backlog', my advice is don't be bombarding people with phonecalls and emails to use your company when you can't provide a service. This issue can put people out of work! Not good enough! It's easy to renew your card yourself without this hassle, I definitely will not be using this service/company again. Time will tell if I actually receive my card. Please don't bother with your automated response, it's not good enough.
