Bought the gist bra based on bra size. It dug in on one side but was flapping under the armpits.
Customer service were very helpful and encouraged me to try a different style based on measurements. This involved going up a size. They despatched it without issue and were very helpful.
Unfortunately, the next bra was too big. It had to be attached on the tightest setting from the start and gives me no shape.
I loved the idea of these bras, but they don’t fit me properly, or give me the shape I hoped they would.
I’ve ordered various items and am very pleased with both pairs of leggings—they're comfortable and provide great support. I ordered a bra that didn’t suit me, and when I contacted the company for a refund, the service was outstanding. They refunded the difference when I chose to exchange it for another pair of leggings.
I bought two bras during the Black Friday sales, which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they weren't as comfortable for me as previous purchases. I completed the return process and was surprised to receive a notification that I was being refunded without needing to return the bras. I was amazed and confirmed with customer support. Their service is top-notch, and I will continue to shop with them!
