I'm a newer member to COOA. I've found immediate benefit in the resource library, brainstorming with other group members on specific topics, and having such a responsive forum in Slack for questions. The format of the monthly call is very engaging with multiple peer breakouts for personal application. It's precisely the type of support Ops-minded professionals need and appreciate!
Great opportunity for COO peers to share past experience and help each other - for a role that can at times, otherwise feel 'alone'. Cameron brings not only his entrepreneurial perspective but also his skills of public speaking and facilitation.
I recently joined the COO Alliance group and it has been an amazing experience so far. Their live event was first class and provided tremendous value. I am also impressed with their app that is so easy to maneuver in. I am looking forward to networking with other COO/2nd In Command members and leveling up in my career.
The COO Alliance is an amazing group of 2nd in command leaders, where you are comfortable to interact, network, and ask for help. Live events are filled with pertinent discussion and great speakers. Access to others who talk the same language is so valuable. The COO Alliance will not disappoint.
When I first joined COO Alliance, I was excited but also nervous as I had only experienced Masterminds that were designed for the CEO.I've now attended both a virtual event & an in-person event and I can honestly say I've found my tribe. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and genuinely wants to help other members. Additionally, the caliber of knowledge within this community (Cameron, the speakers, & fellow members) is so powerful. I have left every event with actionable steps to continue building & improving the operations at AdOutreach.I am so thankful that I decided to join. This has been an incredible investment & I am already excited for the next event!
I was looking for advancing my strengths in the COO role and this organization is the perfect place to achieve that! Collaborating with other COO's dealing with same issues in different industries is fascinating and eye-opening, and I believe a lot is to be learned as part of the COO!
I'm so glad I was finally able to join the COO Alliance. I've been listening to Cameron Herolds podcast for a while now and recently took the next step and joined. The community in the COO Alliance is amazing. The exchange of experiences is so beneficial. I'm learning, sharing, and growing my career all from the comfort of my office. The virtual meetings while not as good as in person are still wonderful. I look forward to each new meeting so I can continue to broaden my knowledge. Great group to be a part of.
