The COO Alliance consistently over-delivers on its promises. Every session I attend I have pages of takeaways to start working through. Everyone is super welcoming, open and genuinely wants to grow personally AND help their peers do the same. As a new COO, the experience from inside the community that I've been exposed to has been invaluable - what a great investment!
Having the ability to bounce ideas off of other top COOs is invaluable. Having all of their experienced based input at my disposal anytime is priceless. Cameron is on to something amazing and the COO Allaince is just that.
In the short time, I have been a member of the COO Alliance it has already proven to be extremely valuable. The program offers such a wide diversity of seminars and material from industry leaders and fellow members. The support and idea-sharing from the community is truly amazing. It continues to provide me with the practical advice/tools that I can immediately implement into our business.

It's not easy to have peer discussion when you are COO. With COO Alliance, I found a great group of peers to interact with. I particularly like the remote monthly events and the and the chat tool that allows us to directly interact among each others between events.
