The resources available to members have been excellent! One-on-one meetings, group calls, community discussions, and leadership investment initiatives are fantastic resources to continuously challenge your team to grow and scale alongside the business.

I joined the COOA this year and the MIT at Endicott event was my first in person. After not even completing a full year, the amount of content, encouragement, challenges, and accountability already has been amazing. Cameron Herold, the owner of COO Alliance, ran a community for operations people in organizations that he closed 3 months into the 12 month membership I paid for. He refuses to refund any of my money, despite not getting the service I paid for.His idea of a 'successful resolution' are two group Q&A calls (by the time I found out the community was closed, they had both passed) and discounts on even higher ticket offers from him -- his idea of a resolution is getting me to pay more money.Each day my money isn't back it's another negative review; if it's not back in seven days we're escalating to consumer fraud group in the states he operates in.
