The COO Alliance group is the real deal for anyone who's second in command! I've only been a member for a few months and the resources available through this group have already helped me. I joined as a new COO looking for guidance and what I found was a group full of experienced individuals from a variety of industries. A group is only as good as the members involved and I have yet to meet anyone who hasn't made an impression. I'm looking forward to my future success with this group!
The COO Alliance is an amazing group that focuses on the second in command. As a COO I am faced with a variety of unique situations and being part of this group is a tremendous resource. The in person live events are a great resource to network and find peers that are in the same situation as you, as well build a more closely nit relationship within the smaller accountability groups. Truly invaluable.
I have been part of various leadership groups for the last 18 years and have had amazing growth and learnings from each. Recently I had the opportunity to join the COO alliance in person event and was blown away by the content and the discussions between group members. While it was an amazing learning being in pervious groups with various roles at different companies (CEOs, COOs, CFOs and all the other C acronyms) it was a different experience to be around those that are ONLY is the same role at other companies...so of course, I joined! The team that runs COO Alliance is TOP NOTCH! Constant and clear communication and on top of that they really care and do everything they can to make member's experience as best as it can be. If you are a COO looking to speed up your own development and in turn your companies, I highly suggest joining!

I have been with COO for a few months now, and so far the experience has been fantastic. The most rewarding aspect so far has been the opportunity to step back and away from the pull of day-to-day operations, and enjoy the interaction and idea sharing with colleagues across a wide array of industries.
