I am a new member of the COO Alliance, I signed up the day before their December meeting, so I was able to join right out of the gates, and it was AMAZING!! I am sold on the value; I was able to collaborate with other COO's on my second day and get great feedback on challenges I have faced in my role and give feedback to others with challenges we have faced and resolved in our organization! I researched groups for quite a few months to find the right one and couldn't find anything like this group! I highly recommend it!
Geez - where to begin? I’d been following Cameron for years while I was a salesperson. Never thought I’d find myself in a COO role but when I did, I knew I needed to learn from someone who’d been there before… because quite honestly, I knew next to nothing. We went from $0 to $26 million in just a couple years and I felt like I was on a rocket ship that I didn’t want to hold back. I needed my skills to increase as fast as the biz was. That’s exactly what the program has helped me with. This has been one of the best programs for me specifically when it comes to learning about tactical ways to improve culture, team efficiencies and performance, hiring, and all the nitty gritty systems necessary to build an amazing company. One of the things I learned regarding hiring completely changed my process. This one approach has literally saved my executive team over 30 hours per month. What projects could you get done with an extra 30 hours per month? What’s that worth? Prob a hell of a lot more than the investment for COO alliance. And that’s just ONE thing I learned. I would tell you what it is but then Cameron might kill me so instead I’ll just tell you to buckle up and give over your credit card now. If your COO doesn’t wanna pay for it, then you should pay for it out of pocket if you’re serious about growing and taking your skills and biz to the next level. It’ll be worth it.

COOA is meeting and in most cases exceeding my expectations. The two areas that are worth reassessing are (a) the length of the monthly sessions and the possibility of breaking it up into two meeting/month (b) the tangible or tactile outcome of all the breakout activity, and how that can brought back into the accountability groups.
COO Alliance is a must for any second in command. This group has provided me with many insights and knowledge that I can not put a dollar amount on. Everyone is here for the same cause, and that is to lift each other and see everyone succeed. Camron is a genius and truly here to help.
I've been a member of a few COO groups and Cameron's COO Alliance is by far the best. The content presented at each meeting is highly valuable. I have implemented many things I learned during the sessions. I have also formed great relationships with other COOs and everyone is always willing to share their experience and offer assistance when needed. I highly recommend the COO Alliance.
Being a member of COO Alliance is not a nice to have... it's been central to my role as COO, not to mention invaluable. It's a billion dollar think tank of COOs who are willing to advise and share what's working, what's not working, best practices.
