Everyday I receive deductions from my bank credit card for this website, however I didn't make any online purchases from the website and it is showing as a credit for me on the website, I don't want that process and I am not ready to lose everyday 10$ from my credit card for something I am not using that's why I requested to cancel my membership and that would be confirmed with my bank too, in case I want to purchase something from the website I would prefer to buy it and paying immediately

Cook seller did respond to my email very quickly. I think it a person named emerald replied to my email. It still is very confusing. I just wanted to order a mystery box and did not realize that the membership for cook seller automatically kicked in. $63. I already spent $25 on mystery boxes. So where are the mystery boxes? Question and the $63 credit. Do I have to use that on the cook seller website? Please explain to somebody that is not used to these kind of companies
I attempted to order something and apparently instead of a product, I received a subscription. Not something that I wanted. I sent an email explaining what happened and that I needed the subscription cancelled and my money refunded. I received an email from “Alero” who is helping me take care of this problem. When I received the first email from “him” I thought it was decent that someone reached out to fix this. In the email, I was told to fill out this survey. I responded by saying that I would fill out the survey when my money was returned. Then, I get the exact same email from “Alero” as I previously had. Now I know this is not a person but rather a bot. So, I am filling out this ******** survey in the hopes that I will get my money back.I am not happy that I was tricked into a subscription that could have cost me lots of money!
